Please note registration is not instant. It needs to be processed by our team. This will take a minimum of 2 working days. To help the process please contact your previous vets and ask them to send your pets’ details to us using firstname.lastname@example.org. A delay in receiving your pets’ history will delay their registration with us. Once all your clinical information is through to complete your registration an appointment will be scheduled with the vet.
If you have an emergency or require an appointment sooner please do so with your existing veterinary practice.
Before you start the process to register at our practice please be aware that payment is due at the time of treatment. Direct insurance claims must be preauthorised and meet our criteria to be considered. If they cannot be arranged in advance, payment must be made at the time of treatment.
** At your first appointment please bring a proof of address for us to verify your address details visually. We do not need to keep a copy.

We offer Pet Care Plans to our clients. These plans help spread the cost of preventative treatment for clients. Please look at on our website for further information.
